As previous reported in Issue 1 of this year we spoke about what a huge honour it is to be selected from your peers of 2020 in the state to preform at this showcase. Well Done!

Recognition on our Partnership -VCAL

VCAL co-ordinator Steve Carroll and Autoplex Chairman Larry O’Toole recieving a VCAA Partnership Award at The VCAL Excellence Awards in Melbourne.

Art beyond the classroom… an encounter with Melinda Harper.

Late last term, CSC senior art students were provided with an opportunity to have a talk and workshop with Nationally renowned Contemporary Artist Melinda Harper. Melinda’s current exhibition “In Conversation with the Collection” runs until October at the Castlemaine Art Museum.

Students explored the works on show and explored techniques Melinda uses to create collages of their own.
