Kingston Youth Services

Have you heard?

The Aspendale Youth Cove (AYC) has reopened this week from Monday the 21st of February.

Each week of term one, AYC will be open Monday’s and Thursday’s from 3.30pm-5pm for young people aged 11-17 who live, work or study in the Kingston area.

On Monday’s, you can join us for Youth Yoga! Come along from 3.30pm to get settled, grab a snack and hang out at AYC until our yoga sessions starts promptly at 4pm. Our yoga teacher will guide you through relaxation, movement and mindfulness that will help us all to wind down, check in with ourselves and make some new friends within the group. If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga in an inclusive space with no pressure or previous experience required, this is for you! Yoga mats will be provided. All you need is some comfy clothes.

On Thursday’s, our AYC space is all about YOU. An open afternoon where you can come on in, relax and use the space as your own. You can play some games, partake in some activities run by our youth workers and have a chat with our team. You can also get some help with homework, grab a book and a beanbag, do some arts and crafts, play some sports, or maybe – you just want a chill space to relax and hang out. We’d love to hear if you have some ideas of activities you’d like to do on Thursdays.

To sign up for either of these days, complete the EOI of interest form: https://au.openforms.com/Form/1c733862-fb5d-4f71-a3f4-20e5a7bbd5ea

We’re looking forward to meeting you 😊
