Performing Arts 

After the amazing Concert, students have been having a wonderful time learning the ‘Bucket Drums’! A huge thankyou to Bunnings for donating them!!!! It has been loud, but so much fun!

On Thursday 31st August the Choir and Rock band students from grades 3-6 who performed at this years ‘Schools Of Rock’, travelled by bus to Lalor North Secondary College to professionally record. All students were incredible! Staff mentioned how enthusiastic, talented and respectful they all were and I’m so proud!

While the Choir students were waiting for the Rock band (and via verse) they were entertained in the LNSC band lab, where they played music on keyboards, iPad and electric drum kits. During our lunch break, a student from LNSC sang karaoke songs on the stage for our students to sing and dance to, it was so much fun! Thanks to Mr Cass who came along to help out!

This whole day, with a professional sound engineer and the full mix down was provided completely free by LNSC! We are so lucky and grateful! All students and BPS will be presented with the recording at assembly next term. 

We have been invited to perform at LNSC ‘Big Night Out’ on Wednesday 11th Oct 6:30-9pm. 5 other schools will be performing as well as the talented LNSC students and we are looking forward to it!
