P & F Association

The P & F Association recognises and values the role that parents/carers play in the education of their children and aims to strengthen the partnership between family, school, parish and the wider community for the benefit of the faith formation, development and learning of all the students at the school.  The P & F Association has an important role in the school by providing opportunities for social events and for fundraising for the school.   The Office Bearers/Executive Committee is responsible for the management of the Association and is comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, together with ex-officio members (Principal and Parish Priest) and any other members elected at the AGM (held in Term 1 each year) meetings are held once a term.

LONG LUNCHEON CHANGE OF DATE  DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION SAVE THE DATE SATURDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2021

Congratulations to Lisa Patterson-Kane for applying for a grant to assist with the Long Luncheon. Lisa applied to the Community Grants Program - Bushfire Community Recovery & Resilience Fund. Her application has been successful. The grant will see the removal of the need to ask local businesses for financial support for the 2021 Long Luncheon. 

 

We look forward to more information on this great St Pat's event as the planning continues. THANK YOU for your work on the 2021 Long Luncheon Lisa.

Street Stalls 2021

 

 

Good morning parents & friends, 

St Patricks P&F will be holding our second street stall fundraiser for the year on FRIDAY 15th OCTOBER from 8.30am - (apx) 4.30pm.

I am calling for helpers to:

- Assist with on sitting at the stall

8.30-10.30am: Chloe Hoy + Trina Fletcher

10.30-12.30pm: Jess Healey + Helper Needed

12.30-2.30pm:  Two helpers Needed

2.30-4.30pm: Chloe Hoy + Helper Needed

- Provide baking to sell (Please make sure all food products are labelled with ingredients)

- Potted Succulents / Plants

If you are able to lend a small part of your day to help on the stall OR are willing to bake / pot succulents or plants it would be most appreciated. 

Thank you to Jess & Dave Healey for kindly offering to donate the wood for our raffle! All money raised goes back in to the school to assist and provide further opportunities for our children!

We will also be pre-selling tickets for the raffle, students will be sent home with this information in the coming weeks.
