Some students are down to their last few laps to hit the final target of 99 laps! It's been a sensational effort by all and their efforts were rewarded at both cross country carnivals this term!
In total the students have currently run 3422 laps which equals a whopping 1369km over the term!! A huge effort by all! Well done!
DISA Cross Country
On Friday 11th June, the Pre- Primary-Year 6 students travelled to Trayning for the DISA Cross Country event. This was held at the Trayning Primary School and the course involved various distances around the oval and the surrounding bush. Many thanks to
Mr Sobejko and the team at Trayning PS for a very enjoyable event with lots of feedback that people liked the children being in full view for the entire race. The Wheatbelt Coffee Van was also a big hit, what a great idea!

K/PP Vegepods Arrival
The K/PP were lucky enough to have three Vegepods arrive last week, thanks to a Woolworths Junior Landcare grant which was obtained by the school. The children have been making a list of what they will be planting over the coming months. They will also be assisting with assembling the pods, filling them with soil and compost and planting and monitoring the vegetables. The most exciting part will be harvesting and eating the vegetables!
