A reminder to volunteers who are unable to do your rostered shift.It is your responsibility to find someone to replace you. Please contact Becky or Emma only if you are unable to organise a replacement.

Calling for BBQ cooks for the Cross Country

Our annual Cross Country will be held at John Oxley on Tuesday 4th April. The P&F will be running a BBQ for lunch. If there are any volunteers who are able to cook the BBQ on the day, can you please let Becky or Emma know ASAP.

Calling for BBQ Cooks for Term 2

Our term 2 roster is now in progress. If you are able to cook a BBQ, could you please let either Emma or Becky know. We are also looking for volunteers to cook the BBQ at the athletics carnival on Tuesday 23rd May.

Compass Canteen 

Families are able to order and pay for their children's lunch orders online through the Compass App.

If you have any trouble using the Canteen feature in Compass please feel free to read the guide below or send Karen an email on krizzi1@arm.catholic.edu.au

A few things to remember:

There is a $0.20 fee per transaction.

Cut off time for online ordering is 9:30am on the day of canteen. This allows plenty of time for the administration side of things to be completed before our volunteers arrive.

Ordering online is optional but preferred as it limits cash handling. If you still wish to place an order on a brown paper bag, please try and enclose correct money as change is limited due to majority of students using the online ordering option.

Baskets will be placed outside the canteen for teachers to distribute to the students.

Please be assured that frequent hand washing, wearing of gloves and regular safe food handling practices will be adhered to at all times. 

TERM 1 ROSTER 2023

WWCC - it is a requirement that ALL PEOPLE (including parents) who spend time working with children in classrooms or working in the canteen provide to the school one of the following:

Working With Children Check - on line application - lasts five years - this is the preferred option.

Working With Children Declaration - only for those who are exempt from the WWCC.  Form available at the office - lasts one year - requires one hundred points of identification (we need original or certified copy of documents).

Once again we are asking that those parents who do not have a Working With Children Check please take steps to obtain one.   If you already have one, please notify the school of your WWCC number and your date of birth for verification.
