The P & F Association recognises and values the role that parents/carers play in the education of their children and aims to strengthen the partnership between family, school, parish and the wider community for the benefit of the faith formation, development and learning of all the students at the school. The P & F Association has an important role in the school by providing opportunities for social events and for fundraising for the school. The Office Bearers/Executive Committee is responsible for the management of the Association and is comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, together with ex-officio members (Principal and Parish Priest) and any other members elected at the AGM (held in Term 1 each year) meetings are held once a month.

CONGI STATION OPEN GARDEN DAY FUNDRAISER
A number of members of our P and F are busily organising various items for the upcoming Congi Station Open Garden Day that will be taken place on Saturday 1st April. Hopefully, it will be a nice day, weather-wise and that this event will attract a large number of visitors. A big thank you goes out to Amy Clark and her many assistants for organising this day.
Fundraise with Hot Cross Buns
Bulb Fundraiser
The P&F are again holding a bulb fundraiser. Catalogues were sent home last week. Ordering closes on the 6th April 2023. Ordering is done online with bulbs sent straight to your nominated address. Please encourage friends and family to order as every order will contribute to funds raised for the P&F
Student Easter Raffle
Our Kindergarten P&F are organising our annual Student Easter Raffle this year. They are asking families to donate a small Easter item for the raffle. It could be anything from an Easter egg to Easter craft items.Please drop your donation off at the front office by Tuesday 4th April 2023. Prizes will be drawn on Thursday 6th April 2023.
A raffle sheet will be sent home this afternoon with students.
Tickets will be $1 each.
