ITS A WRAP!
Stuck for a lunchbox idea?
Why not try a wrap instead of a sandwich.
Wraps are easy to make and any of your favourite fillings will do. The wrap itself can provide a base for a simple pizza. It's nutritional because you cover your food groups.
Ham, Cheese and Carrot Wraps
Ingredients
2 sun-dried tomato and basil or plain wraps
30 g spreadable cream cheese
60 g shaved ham
1 small carrot, grated
Procedure:
Place wraps on a flat surface. Spread all over with cream cheese.
Top evenly with ham and grated carrot. Roll up to enclose. Cut each wrap into thirds.
Pack food in lunchbox, add crackers, a few strawberries.
