Principal's Update

Caring Learning Growing: Every Child Every Day

School's Back!

Welcome back, everyone! It was great seeing the children bounding back into school on Tuesday. Hearing the excitement and constant chatter as they reconnect with their mates is heartwarming. What always surprises me, though, is how quickly they slot back into school routines.

Today, DOBCEL  provided a letter to all families outlining the state of affairs with the current process for the Principal appointment for 2024. This letter will be emailed to all families. I ask that you read the letter, and if it raises any concerns, contact the Ballarat Catholic Education Office directly.

Welcome

We welcome Miss Georgia Consedine to our school community as an English as Additional Language (EAL) Learning Support Officer to our school community. Georiga will work with children from P-4 who have recently arrived in Australia.

Georgia may be known to many of you; if not, please introduce yourself when you see her.

COMING UP

This term is looking busy from where I'm sitting. The big ticket item is the Review and Validation on the 22nd and 23rd of August. If you are interested in being part of the process and would like to join a focus group to chat with the review panel, please let me know, and I'll be in contact before to the date.

SCHOOL OFFICE

Please note that the school office will be closed next Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th July due to Anna and Jane attending a training day.  Sor
