Greensborough College Athletics Carnival

Despite some challenging weather at times the College Athletics carnival was a great success, and much fun was had by all. It was fantastic to see the Year 12’s really getting into their dress up theme of Heros and Villans.

Student participation was amazing, there were many impressive performances and some very close finishes. Thank you to all the staff and student leaders who helped make the day a fun event that ran smoothly.

Division Round Robins

We have had a number of teams represent the College at Inter-school sport this term. The results were bit if a mixed bag, but the common theme across all teams was that all students had a great time and participated to the best of their ability. And that’s what inter-school sport is all about.

Our Year 7’s have their first round day on Wednesday 5th April. We wish them the best of luck and hope they have a super fun day.

NMR Swimming

We had a fantastic day in the pool at the NMR Swimming Championships.

We had four students represent the College, Amity and Ashley Lansbury, Troy Athanasiou, and Lily Witnish.  All students did exceptionally well in their events, with Amity and Ashley qualifying for the State Championships in April. Great work team!
