Fundraising Events 

Biggest Morning Tea

We had set a fundraising target of $1000 for the MPW Biggest Morning Tea and we are very pleased to announce that we raised $2418.50 from our JSC baked sale, daffodil making, raffle, morning tea, and through direct donations to our fundraising page.

 

So far this year MPW has helped provide: 1511 Kids with a SunSmart education or

37 Calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20 or 20 Days of a PHD student’s world-class research.

 

A HUGE THANK YOU TO:

  • Our community for your very generous support with donations of food for the baked sale and the morning tea, for your donations for the JSC-led daffodil-making and baked sale, and for your direct donations to our fundraising page and for attending our Biggest Morning Tea on the 22nd of June.
  • Bunnings, Young Willow, and Lincolnville Pharmacy for their generous donations for our raffle.
  • Amanda A'Hara and our parent volunteers for assisting with the classroom daffodil-making, the wall outside the staffroom looked fantastic for the morning tea  and for assisting with the baked sale and the morning tea.
  • Kristen Roberts for her presentation at the morning tea
  • Maddie, Oliver, Juliet and Angus from JSC for all their support and work with the Fundraising Group on making the event so successful.

Upcoming Fundraising Events

Bunnings BBQ

On Saturday 19th of August, the MPW community will be manning the Bunnings BBQ at Maribyrnong.  This is a fantastic fundraising opportunity for the school, look out for more details soon.

Parent Social Function

Please save the date for the MPW Parent Social Function which will be held on Saturday, 9th of September at the Essendon Rowing Club.  Further details on this not to be missed social event coming soon.
