Food Technology in the Support Unit

Students in the Support Unit have been cooking up a storm in their weekly Food Technology classes. This semester we have learned about celebration foods that we prepare and cook during family and community celebrations such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Ramadan, Eid and birthdays. We have made rice paper rolls, fried rice, mini meat pies, chicken kebabs, brownies, lamingtons, burgers and knafeh.
