Nominations for 2020 Parents & Friends and the School Advisory Council

The P & F  AGM is on Monday November 18th at 6 pm in the School Library.

Please consider nominating for an executive position.

Please Contact  Vanessa Arundale - 2019 President of the P & F if you have any questions.

The positions on the P & F are:

President - chairs the meetings

Vice President -assistant to the president

Secretary - take minutes and does all correspondence

Treasurer - works with the school Finance Officer

The School Advisory Council  AGM is on Tuesday November 26th at 6 pm in the School Library.

Please consider nominating for one of the Parent positions on the SAC.

P & F Nominations

St Patrick’s School P & F Association Notice of the Annual General Meeting Monday November 18th 2019 at 6pm.  In accordance with the Association’s Constitution, the following Office Bearer positions will be declared vacant:

President -           Representative Eligible for Re-election         Vanessa Arundale

 Vice President - Representative Eligible for Re-election         Liz Turner

Treasurer -           Vacant

Secretary -          Vacant

Any member of the Association who is present at the Annual General Meeting, or who has consented in writing for election, shall be eligible for election as an Office Bearer. (All nominated persons must have a current WWCC lodged with the school).

I strongly encourage all members to consider applying for any of the above positions. It is a most worthwhile and much fulfilling activity.

Nominations must be into the school office by no later than 12pm on Thursday 14th November
