Uniforms

The change of school uniform from summer to winter or winter to summer is not always associated with the school term. Our uniform policy states that there will be a two week phase in period called by the school. We do this to cater for the change in seasons. During this time students are ask to be in full uniform either summer or winter, not a mixture of both.

Students are able to wear either summer or winter uniform depending on the weather, from MONDAY 3rd April until MONDAY 8th MAY when all students will be required to wear full winter uniform. If you have any problem with your child wearing the uniform please contact the office as soon as possible to discuss the matter further.

Mother's Day Stall

Starting Monday 1st May, we will have a stall selling items for children to purchase for Mother’s Day. The prices range from $2.00 to $8.00. A flyer displaying these items is at the end of this article.

The children always enjoy making their own purchases. However, you may like to make it easier for them by selecting what they would like and include a note and appropriate money in an envelope which they can bring with them.

The stall will be held before school and at morning tea from Monday to Thursday on the verandah outside the office.

Stage 1 Lost Property

There are a few containers that have been left in Stage 1 room. None of them have names on them so have not been able to be returned to their owners. If any of these containers look familiar please collect them from the Stage 1 classroom. There are also 2 size 6 fleecy jumpers with no names.

If these items are not claimed by the end of term they will be donated to St Vinnies.

Celtic Opening Ceremony, Stage Two

On Friday 5th May, Stage Two students will be performing at the Opening Ceremony for the Celtic Festival. This will be held in front of the Town Hall in the Town Square. We have been learning some great songs with a Celtic feel and are looking forward to this exciting event. We hope you can come and join us! All Stage Two students are involved in this activity.

Happy Easter

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter! I hope you enjoy the break with your family and get to make some wonderful memories.

Thank you for your continued support of our students and staff. We really do appreciate it.
