State Finalist for the 2026 Premier’s ANZAC Student Tour

Year 12 student Bronte McGillivray has been selected as a State Finalist for the 2026 Premier’s ANZAC Student Tour and proudly represented Lumen Christi College at the tour’s orientation last weekend. Reaching this stage of the selection process is a significant achievement, and one that our school community celebrates with great pride.
During the orientation, Bronte was presented with a certificate and had the opportunity to meet the other students selected for the tour. Throughout the weekend, the finalists heard from veterans and visited a number of important historical sites, including Campbell Barracks, the Fremantle WWII Tunnels, and the State Library of Western Australia. On the final day, the group also visited the monuments at Kings Park and the historic ANZAC Cottage.
Bronte has worked diligently throughout the application process to reach this stage and described the orientation as, “...a really good experience.” We congratulate Bronte on this outstanding achievement and wish her every success in the next stage of the Tour.
