Grandparents and Special Friends Day 2026
St Michael's School will celebrate Grandparents and Special Friends Day on Friday 7th August, 2026.
More details will be shared via nForma and upcoming school newsletters .
We would like to create a Google Slide presentation using photos of the students with their grandparents and special friends. The presentation will be included in our Prayer Liturgy on Friday 7th August.

Pope Leo XIV's Encyclical - Magnifica humanitas
Pope Leo XIV’s first Encyclical was released on the 25th May. It is called Magnifica humanitas and is based on the use of Artificial Intelligence in our society.
An encyclical is a high-level pastoral letter written by the pope, primarily addressed to the Catholic bishops but intended to be read by all the faithful.
It outlines the pope’s guidance on matters of doctrine, morals, or significant issues facing the world.
