It is hard to believe we have reached the end of 2024!
From every staff member at Haven we say thankyou to all of our families for the trust you have in us to care, nurture, educate and be apart of your child's lives. It is a privilege to watch the development and growth of all children, share in your families happiness and create strong relationships.
Thankyou for deciding to attend Haven and supporting our educators/teachers/staff members and whole service community. We appreciate the immense amount of positive feedback we receive directly and across the community.
We hope that everyone stays healthy, safe and well this holiday period and look forward to seeing what 2025 holds.
Staff allocations for 2025
For children moving into new rooms, their first day will be the 6th Jan, which also includes any booking changes (unless notified). Our leadership team and educator placements for 2025 will consist of:

Sun Room Lead Educator- Ann-Maree Mudie
Issy, Charlotte, Maggie, Caitlyn, Chethena, Jane, Shivi and Mel

Sikha, Naomi, Ash and Kathleen
Field Room 4 Year Old Kinder Teacher- Caila Hunt
Ellie, Jess and Isabelle B
Educational Leader- Karla Williams
Director- Bronwyn Chadwick
Support Educators- Julia (Chef), Tejal, Sam, Ulka and Karen
All educators placed in a room will be working on a permanent between 3-5 days a week. Please reach out to each lead educator (via email) if you have any questions.

Haven Team Member of the Year- Awarded to Lauren!
This award was peer-voted and awarded to someone who embodies Haven’s philosophy, who is kind, knowledgeable, passionate and an incredibly hard worker. This person has achieved so much in 2024, taking on every challenge, while continuing to implement a strong educational program, supporting families, children and staff. All with a smile on her face!
Haven Kindness Award- Awarded to Sam!
This award goes to someone who spreads happiness around Haven and is always kind to all the children, staff and families. Sam puts a smile on everyone’s face, will always help wherever she can and has a genuine level of love, care and kindness for those around her.
Haven Growth Award- Awarded to Danni!
This award goes to someone who has in 2024 built in their confidence, skills and knowledge, wanting to achieve more for themselves personally but also the centre. They have taken big steps in their leadership, connections and have a love for educating children and creating positive learning program.
Haven Engagement Award- Awarded to Caitlyn!
This award goes to someone who engages with the families, children and staff across the whole centre. Someone who will always put their hand up to help and support, while striving to achieve the best for Haven.
This year we have welcomed Nai, Maggie, Polin, Charlotte, Paris, Maddy, Isabelle, Ashley and Mel.
We have celebrated 1 year for Chethi, Kathleen, Shivi, Jane, Ulka and (almost) Lauren.
2 years for Issy , 3 years for Caitlyn, Kayleigh, Julia, Tanika and (almost) Ellie
Tejal celebrating 4 years. Karla, Nicole, Danni and Jess achieving 5 years
Sam, Ann-Maree and Bronwyn 7 years
Caila 8 years and Sikha 13 years with the company.
