It’s been great to see the boys rolling back in after a well-earned break. 2025 is set to be another busy year for the St Pat’s Eels with a Year 7 induction camp and a Year 8/9 surf camp - two of our big-ticket activities for Term 1.
Our boys are keen also to be hosting the Vic Clontarf Cup later this term in what will no doubt another cracking carnival.
Our numbers will increase again in 2025 with another large Year 7 cohort coming in and five new boarders commencing this year. Again, there will be a large focus on attendance for our boys as well as preparing our lads for life post-school.
Engagement with our partners is a great way for our boys to get exposure to a variety of industry or pick up some part time/casual work. Year 11 student Dan Rivas was straight off the plane and onto the train to spend two days working on a mural at the new SRG Warehouse organised through the Goodman Foundation. These opportunities are great for our boys.
We look forward to sharing our journey throughout 2025, good luck for the year.
