Give your pre-teens and teenage girls the gift of self-discovery this holiday. Join us for a unique workshop blending fitness, creativity, and mindfulness to inspire and empower young minds.

 

Session 1 - Energize and Self-Care: Dive into a low impact session with Julie from The HIIT Factory, focusing on the importance of exercise and self-care (suitable for all fitness levels).

 

Session 2 - Creative Expression: Let local artist Kerry guide your pre-teens/teens in a delightful flower pot painting session. Each masterpiece is a keepsake to cherish (no experience necessary)

 

Session 3 - Meditation and Sound Healing: Conclude the day with tranquility as Kathleen leads a soothing meditation and sound healing session, promoting inner calm and balance.
