From the Principal

Dear Parents and Carers,

Please take time on the side pages to see updates and news, including Winter interschool sports, Athletics, Cross Country, Maths Day 2025, Japanese Day 2025, Maths on the Move, "I Sea, I Care" Environmental Ambassador Program.

Thank you to Sensei Hiroko for championing and organising a successful Japanese Cultural Day celebration. There was a fantastic atmosphere in the Hall last Friday as students, staff, and parents all squeezed in to see the student parade, which showcased all of the interesting and creative costumes and connections to Japanese culture.

Thank you to the St Simon's Canteen for supporting our Japanese Cultural Day by providing a bigger range of Sushi options for lunch orders last week.  Many families engaged with the opportunity to order Sushi, adding to the atmosphere and experience of the day.

NCCD - Learning Diversity

The National Consistent Collection Data (NCCD) program is an essential part of how non-government schools receive "needs-based" based school funding.

This newsletter edition includes more information about how the scheme works for parents and guardians. Please click here for more details or contact the office to speak with the principal or learning diversity leader.

Prep 2026 Enrolment - Next Steps

The next step in the enrolment process for Prep 2026 is an individual meeting with the principal or a leadership team member with a focus on building a connection to school and finding out about the interests and learning needs of our newest students.  If you have enrolled your child for Prep in 2026 you will be receiving a letter to make an appointment shortly

New Tour dates for June will be added shortly, so please encourage friends and family to contact us for a school tour if they live in the area.
