Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallos 

The seventh book in the Harry Potter series and the final book in the Harry Potter franchise 

Here's the plot:   Harry is about to turn 17 years old and therefore will lose the magic shield barrier that protected him from Voldemort when he was an infant. The Order of the Phoenix come to escort Harry Potter to the Burrow when the group is attacked by Voldemort’s   minions, the death eaters.  Hedwig and Mad eye Moody die after getting hit by the killing curse    and George loses an ear because of a spell created by Snape called ‘sectumsempra’.

 Voldemort tries to kill Harry but fails.  Harry, Hermione, and Ron begin searching for the final 4 horcruxes,  they learn the locket horcrux is in the hands of Dolores Umbridge.  Harry and co infiltrate the ministry and steal the locket from Dolores but they can’t destroy it for some odd reason.   The locket’s dark magic starts to affect Ron, and he leaves.

Harry and Hermione go to Godric's Hollow to meet the author of A History of Magic, Bathilda Bagshot but she’s already dead courtesy of Nagini  (Voldemort’s snake)  which then attacks Harry and Hermione. Harry and Hermione escape with their lives. One night a patronus appears and leads Harry to a pond and Harry finds the Sword of Gryffindor but when he tries to recover it   the locket tightens around Harry’s neck nearly drowning him. Then Ron returns, saves Harry’s life, and destroys the locket.

Harry, Ron and Hermione then meet Xenophilius Lovegood,  the father of Luna Lovegood,  who tells the trio about the deathly hallows which are three very powerful objects-    the resurrection stone,   the invisibility cloak,  and Dumbledore’s wand the elder wand. Xenophillius alerts the ministry to the trio in his house but Harry,  Ron and Hermione escape but are soon thereafter captured by snatchers  (bounty hunters hired by Voldemort)  and imprisoned in Malfoy manor.

Harry and Ron are imprisoned in the cellar with Dean Thomas,  Luna Lovegood,  Ollivander   and Griphook the Goblin,  while  Sirius’s evil cousin Bellatrix Lestrange is torturing Hermione for info.  Dobby the house elf saves all 7 prisoners but dies in the process after Bellatrix throws a dagger into his chest.   After a brief stay at Bill and Fleur's house    the trio break into Gringotts bank  and retrieve another Horcrux from Bellatrix’s vault.

Harry then has visions that another Horcrux is in Hogwarts.  The trio then breaks into Hogwarts with the help from Dumbledore’s brother Aberforth Dumbledore.   Voldemort then fully attacks Hogwarts with his army of death eaters; the death eaters enter the school and fight the students and teachers.  Meanwhile Ron and Hermione destroy the Hufflepuff Hogwarts cup;  the horcrux they found in Gringotts.  They then accompany Harry to the room of requirement where they discover the next horcrux,  the diadem of Ravenclaw,    but Draco   and Crabbe and Goyle (Blaise Zabini in the film) ambush them.  Crabbe (Goyle in the film)  cast a fiendfire at Harry, Ron, and Hermione, the fiendfire grows out of control and kills both Crabbe (Goyle in the film)   and destroys the diadem.

Meanwhile,  Voldemort tries to make the elder wand to obey him, but he can't just do it.  He believes Snape is the true master and commands Nagini to attack him.   Nagini attacks Snape mortally wounding him,  but before he dies, he cries into a bottle and says that Harry has his mother’s eyes before fully dying.   Harry pours the tears into the pensive and views Snape’s memories which were that he had a crush on Lily before James got Lily to marry him.   He and James were childhood friends, and he was a double agent against Voldemort in an attempt to protect Lily. Harry also learned that Dumbledore planned his death by Snape.  

The memories also reveal Harry became a horcrux on that first night when Voldemort tried to kill him so now Harry must die along with Nagini so that Voldemort will fully be mortal.   On his walk to surrender to Voldemort Harry tells Neville Longbottom to kill Nagini the final horcrux of Voldemort.  Harry also uses this time to talk with his parents,  Sirius Black and Remus Lupin one last time   Remus Lupin died in the battle of Hogwarts.   

Voldemort casts AVADA KEDAVRA!!!! at Harry.   Harry then wakes up in a white void based on Kings Cross Station   Harry is then greeted by Dumbledore who reveals that AVADA KEDAVRA   destroyed the fragment of Voldemort's soul that was in Harry    on that first dreadful night and that Harry can be reborn again.   Harry regains consciousness and plays possum pretending to be dead. Voldemort orders Hagrid to carry Harry’s body back to Hogwarts   and demands that the profs and students surrender while gloating that HARRY POTTER IS DEAD  (insert stupid laugh here).   But Neville doesn’t stand down he grabs the sword of Gryffindor and beheads Nagini leaving Voldemort mortal,     and Harry wakes up    shellshocking Voldemort as the battle resumes    ( a whole battle later).   Harry and Voldemort   are having a dragon ball z like battle with Avada Kedavra and Expelliarmus   but the elder wand won’t work on Harry because Harry is the true master because he unarmed Draco   transferring ownership to Harry.  This causes Voldemorts curse to rebound and kill Voldemort.     Harry then uses the elder wand to fix his own wand  (Hermione destroyed it)    and throws it back into Dumbledore’s tomb.

19 years later   Harry and his friends set their sons and daughters off to Hogwarts.    Harry and Ginny are now married with three children named James Sirius Potter,  Albus Severus Potter and Lily Luna Potter.   Ron and Hermione have two children named-Hugo Granger Weasley and Rose Granger Weasley.    Harry,  Ron and Hermione   send all their children to Hogwarts and that's how the Harry Potter Franchise ends.
