The countdown is on!

Dear students, families and carers,

It’s crazy to think we are halfway through November. Staff are well underway into finalising assessments and writing comments for end of year reports. It is a great opportunity to reflect on the learning and achievements that have taken place and begin to prepare for the 2024 school year.

I have had the opportunity this week to meet with the Upper Junior students and their families at the Senior school information evening.

The students transitioning into the senior school will continue to participate in transition sessions on Friday each week to assist in preparing them for the move into the senior school.

The Year 12 students are preparing for their Graduation celebration. This year the event will take place at the Settlers Run Golf course on Wednesday 29th of November. It is a wonderful time to come together with students, families, and the wider school community to reflect on individual achievements and wish all students the best in their future endeavours.

The therapy team continue to deliver a variety of highly engaging and focused programs across the school. This week they delivered an Interoception workshop with the graduating Pathways students. The students were highly engaged with trying experiments, reflecting on what emotion they could be feeling with different body signals and then all created a 'Feel Good menu' based on trying different things.
