2024 SCHOOL FEES
School fees are now OVERDUE for payment.
(unless other arrangements have been made).
If you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.
Payment options include:

🟢 Cash or Cheque
🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.
School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.
School Advisory Council - Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that the School Advisory Council Annual General Meeting which was scheduled for Tuesday, 12th November has been re-scheduled. Please see details below: School Advisory Council - Annual General Meeting
The School Advisory Council Annual General Meeting will be held on MONDAY, 2nd December 2024 at 5.30pm in the Staffroom.
There are 2 positions for parent representatives available on the School Advisory Council.
If you are interested in one of these positions please collect a nomination form from the school office and return by Wednesday.
What does the Catholic School Advisory Council do?
The Catholic School Advisory Council provides the opportunity for members of the school and parish community to support the mission of Catholic education in the school. Working with the Principal and the Parish Priest, the members of the Council and its committees provide guidance and support to the wider school community.
The School Advisory Council meets once a Term for an hour. School Advisory Council members:
· value and respect the Catholic identity of the school, its relationship to the parish community and the expression of its ethos through rituals, traditions, symbols and the teaching of Catholic beliefs
· act as role models within the school community by reflecting the values and ethos of the school
· work collaboratively with the Parish Priest, the Principal and the wider school community
· build and nurture a sense of community
PARKING REMINDER
Please do not park on private property or in the staff car park
Parents are reminded that when dropping off and/or picking up your child/ren, you are to use street parking only.
Please ensure that any family or friends picking up are aware of the parking options.
ALLERGY AWARE
A friendly reminder that St Francis Xavier's School is an allergy aware school.
This means that we aim to create a safe environment for our students with allergies and request that our families are mindful of the foods being packed in their child's lunchbox.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Before School Drop Off
Please note when dropping your child to school of a morning:
- Supervision of students DOES NOT commence until 8.30am (after the gates are opened).
- ALL students arriving at school prior to 8.30am are to wait QUIETLY on the verandah.
- After the gates have been opened the students then put their bag away and remain seated under the COLA until playground supervision commences at 8.40am.
PICK UP LOCATION
Reminder - Children being picked up in the afternoon are to be collected from the front of the school. Parents are NOT allowed to collect their children from the bus zone.
If you need to change your pick up arrangement, please contact the school by phone and we will give your child a message.
ANNUAL SCHOOL BAND CONCERT
This Sunday 1st December, the School Band is excited to perform at their annual concert.
Our families and school community are invited to come together for Mass in the church, commencing at 8am, followed by the School Band performance. The concert will be held under the COLA. Everyone is invited to stay for morning tea.
LOST PROPERTY
If your child has misplaced any belongings please ask them to check the lost property located in the Office. Any uniform item not claimed by the end of the year will donated to the clothing pool. All other items not claimed by the end of the year will be donated to Vinnies.
