Year 4 Production - The Wizard of Oz

“There’s no place like home…” and there was certainly no place like the stage at Karralyka Centre last night!

Our Year 4 students absolutely shone in their spectacular performance of The Wizard of Oz. From the moment the curtain opened, the audience was transported along the Yellow Brick Road and into the magical world of Oz — and what a journey it was!

The confidence, energy and enthusiasm displayed by our students was simply incredible. Every student played their part with great commitment, whether they were delivering lines, singing, dancing, acting or bringing the many colourful characters of Oz to life. Watching them take to such a professional stage and perform  was a very special moment and a wonderful reflection of the hard work, dedication and teamwork that has gone into the production.

A huge thank you to Ros and the staff and volunteers who have worked behind the scenes to make this production possible. There is an enormous amount of work that goes into putting on a show of this scale, and the support, time and dedication of everyone involved has been outstanding. 

We can't wait to see our Year 4 stars take to the stage again tonight for Night 2!

Footy Lunch Day and Colours Day

A special shout-out to Karen, Vanessa, Dee & Alisa, the incredible canteen team, for pulling off a massive Footy Lunch Day today! They prepared and sent out  580 lunches — without a hitch! 

Great to see so many students in their sports colours today too! Perhaps a little more red, white and black next year!

End of Term & School Holidays

Tomorrow marks the end of term 3, with a whole school assembly at 12.40pm in the stadium and an early dismissal of 1.30pm. Please ensure you book into OSHC if you are not able to collect your child at 1.30pm

Enjoy the break, stay safe, we will see you all refreshed and ready for the last term of the year on Monday October 5.

School Holiday Works

There will be a range of works taking place around the school during the upcoming school holidays, including arbour works, concrete repairs and a number of other maintenance projects.

If you are visiting the school grounds or using the playgrounds during the holidays, please take extra care and be mindful of work areas, equipment and temporary barriers. Some areas may be restricted or unavailable while works are underway.

We ask that children are supervised at all times and that families do not enter any areas that have been cordoned off or identified as work zones.

Thank you for helping us keep our school community safe while these important works are completed.
