Hospitality Essentials for School Leavers
Are you ready to explore the exciting world of hospitality? Hospitality Essentials is a hands-on 3-day short course designed for school leavers who want to build confidence, learn essential skills and get a foot in the door. Across these three practical and interactive days, students will earn nationally accredited certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling—key qualifications for working in cafés, restaurants, bars, and events. Students will also develop real-world experience in coffee making and barista service, learning how to prepare espresso-based drinks and operate commercial coffee machines.

Certificate II in Engineering Studies
Gain skills to enter the engineering and manufacturing sector. The Certificate II in Engineering Studies is a pre-apprenticeship and can prepare students for many roles. These include production worker/assembler, welder's assistant, machining assistant or maintenance assistant. It can also help students get an apprenticeship by positioning them as a candidate who is dedicated and prepared for the role.
