Laura Jane's Message

Our St Gabriel's Primary School Acting Principal

Dear Families and Friends,

A really warm Welcome to Term 4.

Today, we are celebrating the Feast of the Archangel St Gabriel. The Feast of St Gabriel is the 29th of September.

St. Gabriel is a special messenger of God. It was the archangel Gabriel that brought the very special news to Mary that she would be the Mother of Jesus. As we celebrate today, we will reflect on the important messages of our Catholic Faith that we can share with others.  Today, your children will bring home a symbol and a message to share with their family.  We invite you to take the time to share together as a family the message your child has written today.

A message of peace

Hats in Term 4

As the weather warms up, it is so important that our children are protected from the sun.  All children need to wear a hat during outside play times and learning times outside.  Children who are not wearing a hat will be directed to play in the shade.  We are so lucky that we have many lovely shaded areas in our school.  School hats can be purchased from Academy Uniforms, Thomastown. We look forward to a wonderful Term 4!
