2024 Book Week Celebration

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are excited to announce that Book Week 2024 is just around the corner! 

This year, CBCA Book Week will be celebrated from Saturday, 17 August to Friday, 23 August 2024. The theme for this year's Book Week is "Reading is Magic!" To mark this special occasion, we have a week filled with fun and engaging activities planned for our students. 

One of the highlights will be our Book Week Dress Up Day and Parade, which will take place on Monday 19th August at 9am - Parents and Carers welcome!

Students are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite book characters and join in the parade to showcase their creative costumes.

We look forward to celebrating the magic of reading with our school community and can't wait to see all the wonderful costumes and enthusiasm from our students.

Book Swap 

To coincide with Book Week, the JSC will be running our first ever Aberfeldie Book Swap! Book swaps are a way to share the love of reading and discover new and exciting books. See the details below to get involved! All money raised will go towards enhancing our literacy programs resources.
