A reminder to complete and return your PA membership form to the school office if you are interested in becoming a member. A huge thank you to those who have returned forms already. We are excited to have new faces and parents join us for 2024.
Book Fair (Week 7)
The annual book fair will be held in Week 8: 18th-22nd March. As both a valuable fundraiser for the library and a highlight on the school calendar, the Parent’s Association is supporting this event by providing volunteers to supervise the fair.
If you can help lend a hand to manage crowds and direct customers, please sign up via the following link. Shifts are approximately 40 minutes, and morning or afternoon slots are available.

Parent's Association Committee Meeting #2 (Week 8)
We are holding our second committee meeting for the year on Friday 22 March. The venue this time is FWPS. The meeting will last 1 hour, starting at 8.50am. We will be discussing next term's fundraising events and activities in this meeting and as always welcome new faces!
Easter Raffle (Week 9)
The Easter raffle is returning for 2024! It will be drawn at the final assembly on Thursday 28th March, all money raised will go towards the cost of replacing the basketball court. Families are asked to donate one chocolate egg and judging by the success of the 2023 raffle we are anticipating a lot of chocolate! You buy your tickets via compass, but there is no need to print them out. The school will be taking care of entering all paid tickets and drawing the raffle.
If you have a couple of hours free to help turn the donations into wonderful prizes, please sign up to volunteer on the morning of Tuesday 26th March, 9.00-11.30am. Small children welcome.

End of Term Sausage Sizzle (Week 9)
We are excited to welcome back the FWPS tradition of the end of term sausage sizzle, to be held on Wednesday 27th March. Orders can be made via Compass, make sure you get yours in now! And if you can volunteer on the day, please let us know via Compass, when you pay for your child's sausage.
Mother’s Day and Special Persons Stall
Planning is underway for our stall that will run the Friday before Mother’s Day.
If you are a local maker, baker, or have donations for our stall we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking donations of gifts such as plants, jewellery and other accessories. Donations can be dropped off at the office any day this term

If you have an hour or two to help wrap gifts / donations, please save the date - Friday 19th April. 9.15am-10.15am. Location TBC.
*A reminder that if you would like to volunteer for any PA event run at school you will need to provide a Working With Children Check, and complete the school’s online Volunteer Induction Course (this is a pinned post on Compass).
