Cross Country

Our Year 3-6 students had a great day running and walking through the school and local  surroundings during our school Cross Country on Friday. We had an amazing team of parent helpers and teachers out on the course supporting our students. Thank you for supporting all our wonderful athletes out on the course. Well done, to all our students whether they ran all or part of the course, you definitely showed resilience by ‘giving it a go’.  

Those students who finished in the top 10 earnt points towards the House Cross Country competition. I will let the House Leaders announce the winner shortly.

Students who finished in the top 6 positions will represent EEPS and attempt to retain the District Cross Country shield on Wednesday 13th May at Lower Eltham Park.  

Swimmers 

Last week we had 5 swimmers compete at the Regional Swimming Championships. Congratulations to both our 9/10 Year old Relay team and Audrey in breastroke for their great swims against the best swimmers in Northern Metropolitan Melbourne. The boys relay team Joshua, Kei, Elijah and James) came 2nd in their heat and Audrey came 4th in her heat. An amazing achievement, the school is very proud of you.
