Helpful Library Information

• The library is open at lunch times from Monday to Thursday.

   

• A returns box is always available outside the library door for returning books, even if it is not a library day.

   

• Students don’t need to wait for their library day to borrow or return books. They can return at anytime to the returns box and can borrow at lunchtime.

   

• If overdue books have been unable to be found for some time, a parent/caregiver needs to email Mrs Hart (hartr@ww.catholic.edu.au) to say that the book has been looked for and can’t be located, or has been damaged. This will allow us to remove the book from the library system so others are not waiting on them.

   

• If a book hasn’t been finished by library day, please bring it in anyway so that it can be reborrowed.

   

• A list is available at the library desk for students to add any requests for books that they wish to see in the library.

   

• Each student has a borrowing limit of two books at a time.

   

• A reminder will be sent out twice a term for books that are currently overdue.
