A Fantastic House Athletics Day!
Our students did an outstanding job at this year’s House Athletics Day!
It was wonderful to see students of all ages participating enthusiastically, encouraging their teammates and challenging themselves across a wide range of track and field events.
Whether sprinting, jumping, throwing or cheering from the sidelines, students demonstrated fantastic sportsmanship, resilience and House spirit throughout the day.
We are incredibly proud of the way everyone had a go and supported one another.
A huge congratulations to all our students for making the day such a positive and memorable celebration of athletics!
LOTE - JAPANESE
Tanabata, also known as the Star Festival, is celebrated in Japan each year on July 7.
As part of this cherished tradition, people write their wishes on small strips of paper called tanzaku and hang them on bamboo branches. It is believed that the bamboo carries their hopes and dreams up to the stars.
To celebrate Tanabata, our students created their own tanzaku and wrote down their special wishes. We hope that each of their thoughtful and heartfelt wishes comes true.
