This year our students will again receive FREE first aid training from St Johns first aid.

On Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th November, St Johns will present essential information to all students regarding what to do in an emergency. This will take place during your child’s PE or sport lesson (except for FT & FE who will attend their first aid sessions on Wednesday morning).

Junior students will be taught how to identify danger, how to send for help & what to do to stay calm and look after themselves. Senior students will learn CPR and how to assist in an emergency.

All students will receive a first aid certificate. We ask that you please allow your child to make a gold coin donation to contribute to the work that St John’s do to ensure the safety of everyone in our community.

I hope your child gains some very important knowledge from taking part in this course.

Many thanks,

Jodie Baxter
