Early Stage One have made a fantastic start to Term 2! They are working very hard with their tricky words and sight words so they can become better readers. They are learning about Length in Mathmatics and about how to be a good friend and play collaboratively in PDH- this is a great lifelong skill!
They have been learning about ANZAC Day and reading stories about this special day of commemoration.

Focus: Introduction to the 5 Questions
A Learning Walk & Talk involves small groups of parents visiting a number of classrooms for short periods of time. During the walk, you may observe student engagement, classroom routines, learning intentions, and the strategies teachers use to support students. The focus is not on individual children, but on our whole-school practices and how we create effective learning environments.
Following the classroom visits, we come together for a brief discussion. This is an opportunity to reflect on what you noticed, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of our teaching approaches and school priorities.
Learning Walks help strengthen the partnership between home and school by providing insight into how learning looks across our classrooms. We look forward to sharing this experience with you and continuing to work together to support every child’s growth and success.
