Supporting Year 6 Students with Transition to Secondary School

Transitioning to secondary school is one of the most significant steps in a young person’s life. It’s a time filled with both excitement and nerves as students look forward to new opportunities while adjusting to a very different environment.

This year, while we are not running the in-school transition workshops, families can still access a wide range of resources from Organising Students. These include a self-paced online course, practical eBooks, and personalised 1:1 coaching support — all designed to help students build organisation, time management, and life skills so they feel more confident and prepared for the move to secondary school.

You can find out more about these resources in the flyer or by visiting organisingstudents.com.au.
