Lightning Premiership

On the 31st of August our senior students will be heading along to Yarrawonga to participate in the Lightning Premiership. This is always a fantastic day, that our students look forward to. Permission for this event will go out on Compass next week.

Debating

Our annual debating festival starts the week of Monday the 27th of July for our year 3-6 students. These will be held in our library at lunch times. We welcome families to come along and watch, look out for more details, provided on Compass next week.

Victorian State School's Spectacular (VSSS) 26

20 of our Year 4-6 students will be part of a mass choir as part of the Victorian State School's Spectacular on Saturday the 30th of August. Tickets for this event are on sale through Ticketek. We have two rehearsals at the Melbourne Town Hall before the performance.

Parent Teacher Student Interviews Term 3

Interviews will take place on Tuesday the 21st of July from 9:30am - 6:30pm. There are no classes running on this day; however, students are required to attend the interview with their parents/guardians. Bookings for the interviews will be open until 4pm on Monday the 20th.

2027 Foundation Enrolments

Current families with a child at Numurkah PS who will commence Prep (Foundation) in 2027 are encouraged to pick up an enrolment pack from the office, or alternatively you can enrol through the VicStudents portal. 

If you know of anyone looking to enrol at Numurkah PS for 2027 or still undecided, please encourage them to give the office a call or come in for a chat and a tour of the school.

We would like to engage as many families as possible and invite all members of the family to be a part of our Parents and Friends committee. We understand that some families can't make meetings during the school day, however, there are many ways you can be a part and support our school.
