Welcome to Term 3
Where every child is known, challenged and supported to be lifelong learners.
Dear 5/6 Families
We hope you all enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing break with your families. We have another exciting and busy term ahead, with many learning opportunities and special events planned. A highlight of the term will be our Year 6 students receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation, an important milestone in their faith journey. To ensure you stay informed about upcoming events, notices, and important communications throughout the term, we kindly ask that all families download and regularly check the NForma App.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with you and supporting your child's learning and growth throughout Term 3.
Year Six Graduation Timeline
It's hard to believe we are already more than halfway through the term! Preparations are underway for our Year 6 students as they celebrate the end of their primary school journey.
Our Year 6 Graduation Mass will be held on Thursday, 10th December at 5.00 pm in the Church. Following the Mass, students will gather for the Year 6 Graduation Dinner at school from 7.00pm (or earlier) until 9.00pm approximately. The dinner is a school run event in which the children will participate in the setting up of the area for dinner. Parents are most welcome to gather in the 5/6 classrooms whilst the children enjoy their dinner. (Parents are welcome to bring their own nibbles).
The Year 6 Big Day Out will take place on Friday, 4th December, giving students a chance to celebrate with their classmates.
A formal invitation with further details about these celebrations will be sent to families later this term. We look forward to sharing these special occasions with our Year 6 students and families.
Warm regards,
Loretta Flavelle, Arch Cochrane, Cassie Dirckze, Sarah Kimball and Tania Cardamone.
