School Based Apprenticeship

Bradley went to Gre8 for his year 11 Work Experience.

Gre8 is a SBAT work experience place that teaches you how to do certain jobs like warehousing and baking, I did the baking program where we make cookies and other bakery products.  So my experience at Gre8 was pretty much a rollercoaster of emotions, the first day I was tasked to sign in using a pen and I was nervous about it at first but then when I was tasked to get the dough, I actually thought I was doing something different like some sort of out of body experience like someone was controlling my movements for some reason, and after I had my break I continued for about half an hour and I was done for the day.  

My second day was a major improvement I was tasked to put the dough into the cold freezer for a while and I was making cookies for the first time in a workspace, although someone cut themselves by accident while cutting carrots, that was a bit nerve racking, despite that little incident my breaktime was going good.  After the break I did some icing on the cookies and  took them home to eat, there were 2 cookies I bought home but we ate them afterwards, unfortunately my third day did not go to plan due to a sickness, I guess it was just being at school or just going back there? really though I didn't know what it was? and I took a 2 week break after it happened.
