"I've been using Campaign Flow for almost a year now and honestly, it's been a game-changer for my business. I wanted to share my experience with you all because I think it could really benefit other agents in our group.

First off, their customer support is absolutely fantastic. These guys are actually happy to jump on a phone call when you need help, which is so refreshing these days. The setup was really easy too - they walked me through everything and had me up and running in no time.

My favourite part is that I've actually won listings by explaining Campaign Flow to potential clients. Being able to show them how they can access extra funds to get work done that will increase their home's value has been a real differentiator in my presentations. It's something concrete and valuable that sets me apart from other agents.

The payment flexibility is another huge win. Most clients are happy to pay upfront, but for those who prefer to pay out of settlement, the option is built right in. They don't have to feel awkward asking for it because it's just part of how the system works. It removes that uncomfortable conversation completely.

I was a bit worried about how my older clients would handle the technology side of things - my area has quite an aging population. But the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients consistently tell me it's straightforward and they haven't had any issues navigating it. The interface is really well designed for all age groups.

Overall, Campaign Flow has made my job easier while giving me a genuine competitive advantage. If you're looking for something that adds real value to your client relationships and helps differentiate your services, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Happy to chat more about it if anyone has questions!"

10.34%: What REI Super members should know

👓 10 second read

REI Super’s Balanced (MySuper) option returned 10.34% for the year to 30 June 2025, delivered in the fund’s 50th anniversary year.

Other options also performed strongly:

  • Balanced Pension: 11.40%
  • Growth Plus: 14.20%
  • Growth: 12.52%
  • Australian Shares: 11.46%
  • International Shares: 14.93%

Returns were underpinned by higher exposure to listed assets and reduced exposure to unlisted property during a volatile year shaped by US tariff announcements and geopolitical uncertainty. REI Super was founded in 1975 for real estate professionals and still operates solely for members’ benefit, offering competitive fees, a broad choice of investment options, and tailored insurance (Death, TPD, and Salary Continuance).

What should you do now?

  1. Check your current investment option. Does it still match your risk tolerance and time horizon?

  2. Review your insurance settings. Are the levels appropriate for your income and liabilities?

  3. Book time with an adviser or the fund’s in‑house advice team to align contributions, salary sacrifice, and transition‑to‑retirement strategies with your business plans.

Could a small adjustment now save you thousands at retirement? Have you compared your option mix with your actual retirement date? Act while the results are fresh in mind.
