Leadership Update

As Term 3 comes to an end, I would like to thank our wonderful staff for their ongoing hard work and support, as well as our families for their continued involvement in our school community.
We would also like to thank Lea for stepping in and assisting as Business Manager throughout Term 3. Leonie will return in Term 4 after enjoying some time travelling.
I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday break and I look forward to seeing our school community at tomorrow’s Colour Run!
We will be holding an end of term assembly tomorrow Friday 18th September at 9am.
A big thank you to all the staff who attended the Year 3/4 camp at Creswick Log Cabin Camp. Camps require a great deal of time, energy and dedication and your support helped create a enjoyable and memorable experience for our students. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
On Monday our Voice and Agency Leaders (VALS) organised a Sports Day where students dressed in their favourite sporting uniforms. Students also participated in a range of sport activities and enjoyed a BBQ lunch. Thank you to our VALs for their leadership and to the staff who supported this event.
We will hold a Professional Practice Day on Friday 9th October. This will be a student-free day and students are not required to attend school.
The day will provide teachers with dedicated time to work collaboratively, plan curriculum and strengthen the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
Families are encouraged to make alternative care arrangements for their children on this day. Please contact the school if you are unable to make care arrangements for your child.
We invite all families to participate in the 2026 Parent / Carer Opinion Survey. Your feedback is important to us and helps us better understand families’ views on school climate, student behaviour and student engagement.
The online survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and is open until Friday 18 September 2026.
For further information, including survey login details and translated information, please log in to Compass or contact the school office on 5221 4047.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and help us continue to improve our school.
