ENROL FOR KINDERGARTEN 2026
St Francis Xavier's is now taking enrolments for Kindergarten 2026!
If you, or someone you know, has a child eligible to commence Kindergarten next year then please contact the school office for an Enrolment Information Pack.
Parents are invited to an information morning to be held on Thursday 15th May at 9:30am. Please contact the School office to register for the Information Session by Friday 9th May 2025.
LUNCH ON THE LAWN AND EASTER HAT PARADE
A reminder to families that if anyone other than a parent/guardian is collecting a child after the Easter Hat Parade, a parent or guardian must notify the school office in advance. This can be done by:
- Phoning the office on 6792 1796
- Sending a note to school with your child
- Emailing naradmin@arm.catholic.edu.au
Providing prior notice helps ensure that pick-up runs smoothly on Thursday afternoon.

PUPIL FREE DAY REMINDER
ANZAC DAY MARCH
Each year the students and staff at St Francis Xavier’s take great pride in marching in the Anzac Day parade.
What do the children wear? The children wear their full SUMMER uniform including hat and black school shoes.
The March is to commence at 10.30am so could students please assemble at Anzac Avenue
(TAFE car park) at 10:10am SHARP!
MOTHER'S DAY BREAKFAST
Invitations to our Mother's Day Breakfast will be sent home first day back next term asking you to RSVP for catering purposes.
PENCIL CASES
As a new school term approaches we ask that parents/guardians please ensure their child has everything they require in their pencil case.
Students in Year 1 to 6 are asked to provide ONE pencil case ONLY containing the following:
Years 1 and 2 - lead pencils, coloured pencils, highlighters, glue stick, eraser and sharpener.
Year 2 - now that students in Year 2 have a designated Chromebook they are also asked to have a mouse and set of head phones. Please ensure these are labelled with your child's name.
Years 3 to 6 - lead pencils, coloured pencils, highlighters, ruler, glue stick, eraser and sharpener. Students should also have a mouse and a set of head phones.
LABEL ITEMS
Please ensure your child/s school clothing, school bag, lunchbox and pencil case items are clearly labelled with their. Please see below our lost property procedure:
* LABELLED ITEMS - Returned to child
* ITEMS NOT LABELLED OR EX STUDENT NAME - Placed in lost property
If your child has misplaced any belongings please ask them to check the lost property located in the Office. Any uniform item not claimed by the end of the term will donated to the clothing pool. All other unclaimed items will be donated to St Vincent de Paul.
SCHOOL FEES
School Fee Statements for theFULLyear fees were emailed to families on
Friday, 21st February 2025.
School fees may be paid either in full or by instalment. A recurring BPAY payment is the recommended option for instalments.
Payment options include:

🟢 Compass Pay
🟢 Cash or Cheque
🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.
Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.
School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.
