Creative Places : Open Doors - Maribyrnong City Council
We invite students, educators, and emerging creatives to experience Creative Places: Open Doors, a unique opportunity to see how art, music, and creativity are shaping the future of Footscray.
As part of Council’s Creative Places pilot program, this event showcases how under-utilised spaces have been transformed into vibrant hubs for artistic expression and cultural engagement. It is a fantastic opportunity for students and emerging artists to connect with industry professionals, participate in hands-on creative experiences, and gain insights into Footscray’s thriving arts scene.

Location: Metro West, 47 Paisley Street, Footscray
What’s On:
- Live music and installations
- Creative workshops in ceramics, textiles, and music
- Her exhibition by Kartù Gallery
