2025 School Fees & Levies

All 2025 fee balances are due to be finalised as soon as practicable. 

2026 School Fees & Levies

Please see the attached Schedule of Fees and Levies for 2026. Fees are drawn down to accounts at the end of January 2026 and statements will be provided to you at the commencement of the 2026 school year. 

Payment Plans

A copy of your family's payment plan schedule will be included with your Fees and Levies statement in February 2026.

2026 Concessional fees and Camp, Sports and Excursion Funding (CSEF)

If you hold a concession card (as picturedbelow), you are eligible for Camp, Sports and Excursion Funding (CSEF) and also MACS Concessional Fees.

Applications for 2026 CSEF and MACS Concessional Fees are available now. Please complete the below documents and email them to Melinda at accounts@sjfootscray.catholic.edu.au

Absences

Absences and Family Holidays

Please be aware that parents need to contact the school to give a reason for any type of absence or we will have to mark your child unapproved.   

Where possible, parents should inform the school in advance of upcoming absences to ensure a child's education and wellbeing are supported, parents are encouraged to communicate openly with the school where a child has an ongoing medical condition that may result in extended absences or medical appointments during school hours.

Family holidays will be approved if notification in writing to the Principal has been received in advance.

Medications Reminder

When your child requires medication to be given at school, please complete the Medication Authority form and bring medication in it's original packaging to the school office. Please don't send this to school via the child's bag to avoid any misuse of this medication.

Parent Contact Details

Have your contact details changed? 

If so, please log into PAM (Parent Access Module) and update your details or email the office via admin@sjfootscray.catholic.edu.au so we can update our records. This includes changes to emergency contacts, additional numbers to call if needed and any changes to employment details.
