Recent TOBA Events

Summer Sports Day

Old Boys played current TC students to compete for the Steve Leahy (’78) Cup at the Summer Sports Day on Sunday, 1 February in what can only be descripted as sweltering heat!

TOBA took the win for Tennis, Volleyball and Water Polo while TC were triumphant in Basketball, Cricket (a modified game was played in cricket as TOBA lacked players and had to forfeit to TC) and Rowing (winning on a countback). We look forward to a full TOBA cricket team in 2027.

Overall result was a tie!

Congrats to Rob Jurjevich (’90) for winning the TOBA TC Spirit Award for being the oldest player on the day.

Thanks to everyone who arranged teams, umpired games, participated or flipped sausages on the BBQ. It’s always a great day for our community.

• Golden Heritage Club gathering – Tuesday, 10 February 2026 – 8.30am Mass with the year 12’s in the Chapel followed by morning tea in the staff lounge.
