Principal Team Updates

What a week it has been! Preps have started full days at school with academic testing slots on Wednesdays. 

I have enjoyed visiting many classes throughout the week and have been impressed by the way in which children have been following classroom morning routines and engaging in learning tasks immediately. 

Staff are in the full swing of teaching and collaboratively planning, as well as implementing practices from Dr Paul Taylor, who was our guest presenter last Tuesday. Dr Taylor is a psychophysiologist who enlightened us with research-based techniques to increase 'hardiness'. 

Thanks to those who nominated to join School Council in 2026. We look forward to announcing the 2026 School Council members after our 18th February meeting.

We can't wait to meet the Prep families at the BBQ next Tuesday 10th February.
