From the Principal's desk

It is hard to believe that the end of Term 1 is almost here. The weather has started to cool down and students are starting to need their jackets. Please make sure names are on put onto each uniform item. We wish all families a relaxing break and look forward to students returning on Monday the 20th of April.

Thursday - End of term assembly and Easter picnic

The end of term assembly will begin at 9:15. We will celebrate the end of the term with Principal's awards, attendance awards, slide show and the easter raffle will be drawn. We will then have some house activities, with the kinder students invited to attend. All families are welcome.

School Council 2026

We are still looking for parents to join school council. If you would like to know any information, please contact the office. There are only two meetings each term and they run for approximately 1 hour.

It is a great opportunity to learn about how the school operates, and how you can be part of decisions made for the benefit of all students across Numurkah Primary School.

Parents and Friends:

We would like to engage as many families as possible and invite all members of the family to be a part of our Parents and Friends committee. We understand that some families can't make meetings during the school day, however, there are many ways you can be a part and support our school. If you would like to help our school, please give the office a call to discuss ways you could help out.

School Uniform:

I would like to remind students and families of our uniform policy. All students need to be present at school in full school uniform. I have attached the uniform policy to the end of the newsletter. We want all students to wear our uniform with pride.
