VTAC
The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) is the administrative body that processes applications for universities in Victoria. VTAC strongly encourage gathering evidence, making appointments with medical practitioners, and obtaining reports as soon as possible to avoid any delays in obtaining these as has been experienced in recent years.

SATAC
The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) and is the administrative body which processes most applications for universities in South Australia.

| 30-Sep-24 | Fees increase for applications submitted after this date. |
| 30-Sep-24 | Final closing date for Medicine (including Bonded Medical Program), Dental Surgery, Oral Health and Veterinary Bioscience at the University of Adelaide. Late applications not accepted. |
| 25-Nov-24 | Final closing date for Performance (Acting), and Performance (Directing) at Flinders University. Late applications may not be accepted. |
| 02-Dec-24 | Equal consideration deadline for Semester 1 courses. Applications must be submitted and paid for by this date to be guaranteed equal consideration for selection. |
| 02-Dec-24 | Closing date for Clinical Sciences/Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University. Late applications may not be accepted. |
| 02-Dec-24 | Closing date for Clinical Sciences, Midwifery and Nursing at Charles Darwin University. These courses may close at short notice after this date. Late applications may not be accepted. |
| 02-Jan-25 | Change of preference deadline for Semester 1. |
| 10-Jan-25 | Mid January offer round. Offers will be emailed by 9am. |
| 23-Jan-25 | Second January offer round will be emailed by 5pm. |
| Every Tuesday and Thursday | Further offer rounds emailed Tuesdays and Thursdays until 13 March. |
| 13-Mar-25 | Last offer round for Semester 1 offers. Offers will be emailed by 5pm. |
