Understanding the meaning of why the Irish celebrate St Patrick's DAY

Saint Patrick's Day celebrates St Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland, it also celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. Celebrations generally involve public parades and festivals,  and the wearing of green attire or shamrocks.

According to fun folklore, you get pinched on St. Patrick's Day for not wearing green because green makes you invisible to leprechauns.

This week the Junior students are shown with their drawings of four leaf clovers which bring you luck!

Other students experimented with shading using 5 varieties of soft to medium dark HB pencils.
