Icy Pole Sales

Icy Pole Day is every Thursday at the second break (2.00pm) for Term 1, unless otherwise advised. Sales are limited to 2 icy poles per child.

We are still looking for volunteers to help with the selling of icy poles. If you are able to help regularly, or even on a casual basis, please let the office staff know, or email Kristy at pfa@scoresbyps.vic.edu.au

 

PFA Events In Term 1

Easter Raffle

The raffle tickets have gone home and they are due back by Friday 27th March. Please remember to write your name and phone number on the returned tickets so we can contact winners. Prize winners will be announced at the final whole-school assembly on Thursday 2nd April. 

 

Donations are also being accepted for the raffle, these are due back by Monday 30th March. Please see the flyer below for information regarding donations for the raffle; we appreciate any and all donations we receive.

PFA Events In Term 2

  • Mother's Day Stall and Raffle - If you would like to help us with the stall (setting up, serving students, wrapping gifts, packing up), please email Kristy or let the office staff know. All helpers must have a current Working With Children Check.

  • Billy G's Cookie Dough Fundraiser - Our big fundraiser for Term 2! Look out for details of this much-loved fundraiser.

  • Foundation - Year 4 Student Disco - There will be a disco for students in Years F-4 during Term 2 (date to be confirmed). There will be music, dancing, games and prizes on the night. More details and information will be coming home soon.

    And don't worry - there will be an event for Year 5/6 very soon too!

 

We have more events planned for the rest of the year so watch the newsletter and Compass posts for information on all our activities.

 

Next Meeting

The next PFA meeting will be held on Thursday 30th April at 7.00pm, in the Staffroom.

 

In addition, the PFA will be hosting a morning tea in the Staffroom soon. Come along to have a chat, meet the members, and hear about our plans for the year; it might be an opportunity to volunteer for an event you like the sound of. We always welcome help form parents in our community.
