Year 1 Excursion – Golden Memories Museum, Millthorpe

Year 1 had a wonderful day exploring the Golden Memories Museum at Millthorpe as part of our HSIE unit on Past and Present Family Life and our Local Community. The students loved discovering how communication, school life and transport have changed over time, comparing the old with the new and bringing our classroom learning to life. There were plenty of curious questions, lots of laughter, and a great deal of fun had by all. A big thank you to our parent helpers for making the day possible!
