Village Fair 2026

SAVE the DATE and JOIN THE TEAM

The Village Fair will be held next year on Saturday 28th March 2026. Be sure to put the date in your calendars now as it’s a wonderful opportunity for our students, families, and staff to enjoy a fun-filled day of rides, games, activities, food, and entertainment and raise vital funds for the school.  In the past it has helped raise upwards of $30,000 per year, which the school has put towards building and grounds improvements, new books and resources for music and art programs.

Can you help?

The fundraising effort is only possible due to the significant involvement of the school community through a volunteer organising team and the many parents and teachers that help on the day.

For the fair to be successful for 2026 we need a number of people to get involved as part of the organising team. For next year we’re specifically looking for people to help out with sponsorship, and silent auction (our biggest fundraising contributors) as well as the ever popular BBQ stall, or may have your own ideas or contacts to bring to the table. A number of organising team members for next year have kids in Grade 5 or 6 so now is the time to get involved and work alongside people so the fair can continue well into the future.

You will be supported in your coordination role by a committed team as well as notes and resources from previous fairs or you can make it your own with fresh energy and ideas. People are encouraged to work in pairs on an activity to share the workload and to bounce ideas off.

For those who want to help but can’t support a coordination role look for information on the fair early next year for other ways you can help by volunteering, donating goods or services or promoting the event.
